2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached. Please also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the socks. If you are shipping an item from outside of Australia, you may be subject to additional shipping fees or import taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method, and it may take additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your socks for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We will process a refund for the original item once we receive and inspect the returned socks.
